旭化成 Tenac POM LM511 低摩擦系数,含专用润滑剂,耐磨损性良好,自润滑 聚甲醛均聚物
Tenac® LM511 是旭化成(Asahi Kasei)生产的聚甲醛(POM)均聚物,属于滑动耐磨级系列。密度1.42 g/cm³,MFR 22 g/10min。具有低摩擦系数,含专用润滑剂,耐磨损性良好,自润滑等特性,适用于窗框轮子、滑动零件、耐磨齿轮、低摩擦轴承。UL94 HB。

四、加工建议
加工方式:注塑成型
料筒温度:190°C - 230°C(均聚物)
模具温度:60°C - 120°C(建议80°C以上以获得良好表面质量)
干燥处理:POM吸湿性低,一般无需干燥;如含水率>0.25%建议80°C干燥3-4小时
注意事项:POM对酸性物质敏感,避免与酸性物质接触;停机时需清除料筒内残余POM
