Tenac-C® LD755 是旭化成(Asahi Kasei)生产的聚甲醛(POM)共聚物,属于滑动耐磨级系列。密度1.45 g/cm³,MFR 10 g/10min。具有润滑剂填充改性,高润滑性,低磨损,高流动等特性,适用于凸轮、音频/视频机械零件、低磨损齿轮、轴承。UL94 HB。

HDT 115°C:满足常规温度使用要求。

四、加工建议
加工方式:注塑成型
料筒温度:180°C - 220°C(共聚物)
模具温度:60°C - 120°C(建议80°C以上以获得良好表面质量)
干燥处理:POM吸湿性低,一般无需干燥;如含水率>0.25%建议80°C干燥3-4小时
注意事项:POM对酸性物质敏感,避免与酸性物质接触;停机时需清除料筒内残余POM
