ULTEM® 1000R 是SABIC（沙伯基础）生产的聚醚酰亚胺（PEI），属于未填充脱模级系列。密度1.27 g/cm³，MFR 9.0 g/10min。具有内置脱模剂, 改善脱模性能, 高表面光洁度, inherent阻燃, 通用注塑等特性，适用于精密注塑件, 复杂形状零件, 航空内饰件, 电子外壳。UL94 V-0/5VA。

HDT 200°C：高温环境下保持优异机械性能和尺寸稳定性。
阻燃等级：UL94 V-0/5VA，PEI分子结构赋予天然inherent阻燃特性，无需添加阻燃剂即可达到V-0等级。

四、加工建议
加工方式：注塑成型（推荐高温高速注塑）
料筒温度：320°C - 400°C（视具体牌号调整）
模具温度：120°C - 170°C
干燥处理：150°C/4小时（PEI对水分敏感，必须充分干燥至含水率<0.02%）
注意事项：PEI加工温度高，需使用耐高温注塑机；玻纤增强级需注意浇口设计以减少翘曲
