Luwax OA3作为润滑剂用于PVC行业:
被用于管道挤出、注塑,究其原因:
-它们根据不同类型的挤出机,可减少和增加塑化时间;
-它们减少热塑性熔解的粘着力;
-提高产量;
-提高成品的光泽,改善外观。
作为外加润滑剂,Luwax OA3 可大幅度增加塑化时间,同时大幅度减少扭矩。这也就是
Luwax OA3可用在含铅或锌稳定剂的硬PVC工艺中(生产挤出管道时,这两个组分都会
用到)。
