Iupilon® LSH2010 是日本三菱工程塑料(MEP)生产的PC聚碳酸酯,属于耐磨阻燃级(GF+PTFE)系列。密度1.28 g/cm³,MVR 10.0 cm³/10min(300°C/1.2kg)。具有GF增强+PTFE润滑、V-0阻燃、耐磨性好、尺寸精度高等特性,适用于阻燃运动部件、电气设备轴承座、打印机耐磨件。

加工方式:注塑成型
料筒温度:280-320°C
模具温度:80-120°C
干燥处理:120°C/3-4小时
注意事项:Iupilon PC对水分敏感,必须充分干燥至含水率<0.02%;建议采用中高注射速度,保压时间充足
