Suggested amount to add:Plastic lubrication is generally 0.1%~1.0%, and coating and ink wear resistance and smoothness are generally 0.5%~3.0%, which need to be confirmed by system testing.
Dispersion method:Powder or micro powder can be directly dispersed at high speed; For particles, it is recommended to melt them or use them after prefabricating master batch and lotion.
Processing temperature:It is recommended to set the drip point and system melting temperature in combination to avoid local overheating or prolonged high-temperature retention.
Process Description:The differences in polarity, acid value, particle size, and viscosity of different waxes can affect lubrication, emulsification, dispersion, and surface effects. It is recommended to conduct small-scale and medium scale tests before mass production to confirm this.
