干燥建议:PP吸湿性极低,通常无需预干燥;如存储环境潮湿,可60~80°C干燥1~2小时。

工艺参数 推荐范围

喷嘴温度210~260°C
模具温度20~60°C
注射压力70~120 MPa
保压压力30~60 MPa
螺杆转速40~80 rpm
注意事项:PP收缩率较大(1.0~2.5%),制品易翘曲变形,保压时间和冷却时间需充足;共聚PP比均聚PP加工温度略低。
