季戊四醇硬脂酸酯(Pentaerythritol stearate,简称PETS),是一种白色硬质高熔点蜡状物,溶于乙醇、苯等溶剂中。产品特点1.在高温下具有良好的热稳定性和低挥发性;良好的脱模和流动性能;突出的热稳定性使其可用于此类体系的加工过程,不用担心发生降解(热分解温度大于300摄氏度)。2.对部分结晶的塑料有极好的成核作用,它可以显著改善透明度及表面光洁度。3.在PC、PA和其它玻纤增强材料里使用,可明显改善浮纤现象。...

📦 储存与处理建议
PET树脂吸湿性较强,加工前130°C干燥4小时(高温干燥),含水率控制在0.005%以下(瓶级)或0.02%以下(工程级)。含水率过高会导致水解降解,严重降低分子量。必须使用除湿干燥机。
