加工工艺建议

干燥建议:PMMA有吸湿性,水分超标会导致制品出现兔眼(气泡)和透明度下降,成型前须充分干燥。

推荐干燥温度 80~85°C,干燥时间 3~4小时,含水率控制在 < 0.02% 以下。

喷嘴温度220~250°C
模具温度40~80°C
注射压力80~130 MPa
保压压力40~70 MPa
螺杆转速30~60 rpm
注意事项:PMMA熔体粘度较高,宜采用中高速注射;光学级制品模具表面须高度抛光,避免划痕;建议使用热流道系统减少浇口痕迹。
