加工工艺建议

干燥建议:PA66吸湿性强,必须充分干燥,否则制品易出现气泡、银纹,力学性能下降。建议使用除湿干燥机。

推荐干燥温度 80~100°C,干燥时间 4~6小时,含水率控制在 < 0.1% 以下。

模具温度40~100°C
注射压力80~140 MPa
保压压力40~80 MPa
螺杆转速40~80 rpm
注意事项:PA66熔点较高(约260°C),加工温度需高于PA6;玻纤增强级加工温度可提高10~20°C;成型收缩率受玻纤含量影响较大。
